Some people thinks this skin is nothing much different from normal skin , but if you’re a Vladimir main you’ll find out that this skin is really satisfying because of the sound effects of abilities and the voice changes if you take a closer look you’ll see the abilities animation changed as well and this skin was released long time ago so I’d say it worth being a legendary skin
